Need to apply cabincrew job in UK. Most airlines want unrestricted right to be in uk. am on an expring visa?

Please advice, what do I need to do. I have a strong desire to be airline cabincrew. I want to apply at virgin or or British airways plus anyother. Most airlines in Europe/UK want us to have unrestricted right to work and live in UK. They do not give access to placing an application if you do not meet this requirement. I have the right skills and qualities and I'm confident that I can do the job effectively. I am on a working holiday visa. My international passport allows me entry in USA, European, Asia and Canada. The only problem is that in England I must have the "unrestricted right". Please advise or recommend Immigration Lawyers who would assist towards placing an application to home office. To be honest the nature of job would require me to be all over the world 99% so thats why I wonder why the home office would be so fassy becuase I won't be staying fulltime in England.

Greatful for your advices.
