DO AS YOUR TOLD DUMB NUTS.
It means you 've been asked to pay something and you haven't so the company / debt collector has gone to court to get an enforcement order to make you pay. Basically you have been taken to court and told that you have x amount of time to pay
If i have read correctly, if you refuse to pay this then the bailiffs will be involved and remove goods

***For someone to stop harrassing you , you need a restraining order.
An order given by the Court to force the named person to something requested by the litigant. For example, it might be to force you to repay money you owe to the person who brings the case against you, or it migt stop you from harrassing them, nad so on.
