What form do i need to get a tax rebait from working over a summer before i became a student at uni?

I worked full time and paid tax before i came to uni from may till sept that i went to uni and would like to claim tax back as i have been told that i can - any one have any idea how i would go about doing this?

Answers:
You just need to call the tax office and explain that to them and they'll send you the forms out.
If you have not earned more than £4895 from th 06/04 of the year preceeding your work period until the 05/04 following your working period, you're able to claim all the taxes paid except national insurrance back.
Just go to the nearest HM Customs with your payment slips and they will advise you
