Climate Change?
Just been listening to the news about climate change and taxing 'fuel guzzlers' and cheap flights.
It wont stop people buying fuel guzzling cars nor people flying on budget airlines.. The tax made will not be spent on the problem, Its just another Tax to add to..
Income Tax
VAT
Car Tax
Duty on Cigarettes
Duty on Alcohol
Council Tax
Duty on Petrol
Inheritance Tax
Stamp Duty
Savings Tax and many more..
How much tax do we really pay??
I do think we need to look after the planet but is Tax going to solve it.. Me thinks not!!
Answers:
i know more taxes sound bad but how are we going to make the changes we need with out them. i mean i hate the govenment for taking £40 of my heard earned £203 a week and the money they take for my cigarettes, beer, food, petrol, road use, living in my god damn house! etc. ok so maybe more taxes arnt the answer, but people jsut wont do what they are told, people are so selfish that they dont care what is going to happen to the earth after they die, "if its ok for me then i dont care" but with air travel being THE WORST pollutant out there, well sh it i dont mind not going to bloody japan for a holiday if its going to mean i can still breath in 20 years time. ill buy an electric car or a solar panel for my house if i could afford them. so govenment if your reading this dont tax me u bas.tards make greener things more affordable.

I recently saw several cars racing round a track just to see which was fastest. Lets tax them.

On the news last night they were interviewing random people on the street and one person they asked was very well dressed and rather posh. His answer of course was that he doesn't mind being taxed on the size of his car.
I suppose its just another way of showing how much money he has.
They should just stop people from driving these guzzle machines.
We have had a very good and hot summer and it is put down to global warming.

Eventually the government appointed a Minister of Rain.
The very next day it rained.
