Pole Dancing?
i am going to be starting uni soon and i need a part time job i was thinking of beoming a pole dancer in newcastle - NORTH EAST
do you think this is a good idea?
i am 19 years old i am a size 12 and my bo*bs are a 34f does any 1 do this as a living as i wud be rather nervous at first lol

Its okay to do pole dancing while you are at school to pay for your education. As long as you know you are doing it to get further education. Be careful not to be blinded by the cash and say "forget school.I make more money now!" Two of my friends did it - one (a girl) was a topless pole dancer during the week and on weekends she is topless in a dance club, and good buddy of mine was a male stripper. He's a doctor now and she is an accountant. So good luck to you.

it has nothing to do with how you feel about your body. its about how you ll feel with your self in general. if in your opinion there is nothing wrong with that then go for it, no one will stop you but think of what it ll do to your self-esteem and dignity.

why slave for £5-6 an hour at some mcJob when you can earn £50-60 dancing.
As long as you're confident and outgoing enough to cope with the situations involved, it certainly beats working hard for a living!

Personnally I would definitely go to Starbucks first, just for the morals of it, but you are free to your own decisions, and as long as you can stay independent from the bad sides of that environnement, such as drugs, violence, manipulation, along with the social stigma that may come with the fact you did it, well, I think it is still the right choice. It could even prove to be empowering, just as some others have answered earlier.
Your body seems to fit the position, but still, sexuality and intimacy are very tied, and precious too. Wouldn't you prefer sharing this with your special one only?
