Know any good job sites?

does anyone know of any good job sites that are posted by the employers and not an angency, I can't stand employment agencies (in my experience) as the job advertised is never actually there they just want to get you on their books

Answers:
The best thing is to visit the websites of the companies you want to work for, and look to see if they have any jobs available. That way you are already ahead of the game because you can look around the website and really find out about the company, from their perspective.
Depends where you r hun.
jobcentreplus.co.uk
s1jobs.com
monster.com

But i'm from Scotland so might not be any use.
jobcentreplus.co.uk jobsite.co.uk monster.co.uk
www.workopolis.com
www.monster.ca
WWW.Carree builder.com
You've already got the job centre one - How about <www.gumtree.com> ? Good luck : )
Depends what type of job you are after. If you want office work, I always look at reed.co.uk, jobsite.co.uk and totaljobs.co.uk. You can see on these if the job is posted by the employer or an agency.

I know what you mean about agencies though - I really hate dealing with them. If you post your CV on the Internet, they will always ring you at the worst times with the most inappropriate jobs too.

Good luck with the job hunt
check out uni websites they usually have postings direct from the business - good luck!

prospects is another good website - to join is free and it has loads of tools that will assist you in getting a job..
