How do I report Barclaycard for poor service?

I moved house, told Barclaycard, did'nt recieve any new bills or statements. Wrote to them, no reply. Eventually called them, made a payment, revised any penalties etc. That was 2 months ago. Guess what? No bills since!! ahh!

Answers:
call the bank where the card was issued from and speak to the manager
don't call the call center as they do these kind of things all the time
That sounds familiar…

I moved into a flat but I didn't tell Barclaycard I changed my address so it all kept going back to my mothers home, I moved house again and then Barclaycard started sending my bills and a replacement card to my old flat, I hadn't even told them to or given them the address!
I had no idea about this until a few months had passed, I then had no idea when bills had been sent or what was due so my bills were mounting up (no idea on my details either given as I didn't have my card – thus the replacement), and whoever was in my old flat now had my replacement card.

I called them up asking to change the address – to change the billing address they had to do a security check (strange given they changed it before without even hearing from me), so I agree to the security check – the security check involved asking me questions about my last bills…the bills they were sending to my old address! As a result I failed the security checks and so could not change the address or get the replacement card cancelled.
I ended up having to borrow a large sum to pay off what was now month's worth of bills so to close off my account with them – yeah, they wouldn't let me change my address but they had no problem taking money they had made from sending the bills to the wrong address.

Yeah sorry but had to rant there, I feel your pain as Barclaycard are HORRIFIC – worst of all they tricked me into getting the damn thing to begin with, granted it came in handy having to keep myself and two dependants with a roof over our heads when things got very tight but the added debts at the end of it were certainly not a help.

Unfortunately I have no idea who to complain to about such things, or else I would have done a long time ago when this was going on with me. If it is causing you financial problems it might be worth talking to Citizens Advice though – often not all that good with helping with such things but might be able to point you in the right direction.
I think u should go 2 citizens advice. My boyfriend is always complaining about them too so it seems ur not alone!
