People out there think the prices have peaked. But they are still rising quietly. They recently built a whole new town about an hours drive from Kuala Lumpur. The people thought it was too far from the city so NO- ONE bought into it. It became an instant ghost town, apart from the illegal Fillipino's and Indonesians that live there. Venice Hills Condo's were built in Cheras, along with a 9 hole golf course offering free membership to purchasers of said Condo's. Obviously they sold quite quickly. So quickly that they ran out. So they built some more. On the golf course! Nothing in the agreements about golf club membership being permanent. Only in Malaysia eh?
