It all depends whats the amount we need to spend for advertising. We as acompany have our monthly budget and spend accordingly. Online ads like GOOGLE with CPC & CPM are most effective way for these type of budget.

It could start somewhere form Rs. 800 P/M to your limit..
I think it comes with the territory. What i mean is if you re-lie on a third party to screen potentially employees then u kinda are at there mercy. They might be expensive but more then likely they are Thuro. There are also many free sites that u can post job offers as well as free newspapers and bulletin boards at local businesses and collages. I think it all kinda depends on how much effort u r willing to put into it.
