Is there a website/s I could go to which have copies of CV's for career PA's, professional layout etc?

If you go the Monster website (www.monster.co.uk), then click on the "Post my CV" tab, there's a section called "Build My CV Online". You have to register with the site to use this, but it's free.

You'll find that people have very strong views on how a CV should look and there's lots of different templates out there. You need to go for the ideas that you think work best for you and the sort of job you're seeking, then get lots of feedback from friends and family.
Edit and re-draft the CV until you get it to a stage where you feel confident showing it to professionals. Then why not go and see a few recruitment agencies and ask for their advice too. Edit it further using their advice, then start applying for jobs!
If you are at school, college or university, you will probably have a career service or career counsellor available - you could speak to them for advice too.
