This doesn't really make sense i'm quessing that you mean you want to leave your job to look after your children and your husband, if you think this is the best thing to do for your family then yes and also if you can afford to do.

Are thinking of leaving your family? Well you have no choice in that but chose a better job. Get looking what's out there.
Be my friend. It is a worthwhile experience. I av gone thru it once and am still living with it. It would not kill either you or the family. Rather it will make you people strong and more inward looking. You'd find solution where you least expected.
You'd know how loving your spouse can be and how much emotions you have stored that your children can really survive even when you are not there.
Better take your destiny into your hand than go looking for another trouble elsewhere. Be your boss.
