Why do developers in Bulgaria sell through offshore companies?

Answers:
Can be for a few reasons. They might have export limiting quotas from their home country. They might be able to reduce sales or vat taxes for their customers and/or themselves. They may be interested in moving profits to the offshore entity in a tax haven where there is a more favorable tax base. They may want to appear to be offering goods/services from a country other than Bulgaria. For more information on moving businesses offshore go to: http://www.panamalaw.org
