Estate agents!?
I am thinking that a career in estate agency may be a good idea. Any estate agents out there.how did you get into the profession? Are there trainee roles out there or do you need to train in a qualification first, or is it a case of applying for a job without any experience and blagging it?

pick your agent carefully. larger companies put huge pressure on thier agents, creating these lie happy people the public percieve. when in actual fact we are governed by laws which make it impossible to fabricate the truth about properties or we can be sued. i can reccommend parkers, cj hole, any of that chain are good to work for. i do and love it. and i dont lie, and am brutally honest with people. needless to say we are doing very well. look at www.parkersproperties.co.uk, career advice on there,. good luck!
