I recently quit my job but i made the wrong decesion and would like to go back. How do i go about asking?

Answers:
There's only one way really - be honest with them. Tell them why you quit and why you would like to go back to them. If they have any decency they will respect your candidness and give you your job back.if they don't then you know that the job really wasn't going to right for you.

Good luck!
All you have to do is apply to the same job in another town or just prtend it never hapened!
i done the same thing, after 6 months i realised how good my old job was so i swallowed my pride and asked them to let me know if a vacancy appeared.1 month later i was back in my old job and have never looked back.
Write a letter apologising for your haste.
Just show up and start working. Soon they will be glad to have you back.
Just go back. Pretend it never happened.
You can ask, but who is to say your position hasn't been filled? If they take you back, you may have to work up to your old position again. Good luck, Hon!
Did you end things good. If so just talk to your boss. Or ex boss. But if you ended things bad dont go back deal with it. its harsh but you made the decision of quitting
swallow your pride & be truthful you dont know till u try
Talk to your boss and say exactly what you just said in your question. "It was the wrong decision and I'd like to come back."
Usually it depends on how you left.Did you just up and quit?.. Or did you give a 2 week notice??..If you gave a 2 week notice and worked the whole 2 weeks then you might have a good chance of returning to that company
Get yourself a good pair of kneepads and grovel pathetically at your former bosses feet, tell him you were suffering from temporary insanity and that leaving was the worst thing you`ve ever done,or just get the same job elsewhere and let them stuff it.
If you worked a notice, there probably wouldn't be a problem being re-hired. If you walked out, try getting the same job somewhere else.
if you left on good tearms, go back to you old boss and have a honest talk with them
Contact your old boss and just tell him that you now realize you made a mistake and would like the chance to prove yourself again. If they thought your work was pretty good while you were there, they'll likely find a spot for you.

On the other hand, if you left on bad terms and your work wasn't anything to write home about, then maybe it's best if you just let it go, move on, and try to do better in the future.
learn to spell first
kissing and licking the rear end of your x boss might to the trick
simply go to your boss and tell him you made a mistake and ask for your old job back, if he valued you as an employee he will give you back your job,if he does not then you do not want to work for him anyway, move on.
Just to add another thought, maybe you have some friends still there, and maybe one of them could broach the question off the record with your old boss, an intelligent intermediary can make all the difference.
Don't look back. Your boss will own you. Pursue another job instead.
You can either write them a letter explaining why you would like come back. Word of warning be honest with your reasons sensibly.
Or you can see the Personnel Officer face to face.
Best of Luck!
