Carrying 5 dys hols fwd that I havent hd time to take but leave co 4mths aft new hol alloc R these prorata?

I have worked for a project for 2.5 years and am due to leave next week. But my manager has stated that the 5 days hols I carried forward from last year which was added to my new entitilement in May this year is proportioned out over what would have been this years entitlement rather than them owing me this time or £. As I had already lost 3 days as max carried fwd is 5.I am disapointed to say the least. Is she right & I loose them i.e. absorbed into my current year (of which I am only working 4 months of)

Answers:
Yep, you lose them!

Still, what use will the days holiday be when you are unemployed?
under EU law holiday cannot be carried forward or paid in lieu, it must be taken and if you havent taken it by the end of the year you lose it, so you lost it beofre this happened, sorry
