Answers:
oh yes it is go for it
Yes it is read some real estate tips and more on this site
yes if you are a natural born liar..
Yes, it is good fun, makes plenty of money and the social life is brilliant. Only draw back I can think of is that they are not always the most popular people at dinner parties because of the little work done for great big fees!
It's great if you are self-disciplined enough to make it work. It's not for everyone, and its not easy.
I think that estate agents rate somewhere along the same lines as lawyers. If you want a license to print money but also have many sleepless nights go for it.
I know someone who is an Estate Agent - basically, they always go on about the perks being 1) It is always quite exciting, you never know what house is going to come on to the market next. 2) You get to nose around other people's houses, and give valuations 3) Its very much a customer facing job.

But then she also moans about the long hours, the tedious weekends, and also having to take a lot of grief from her customers.

So there you are. I've always thought it sounded quite fun!
yes. Gain knowledge of the relevant laws apart from negotiating techniques.
If you are talking about real estate, then it can be a good career, but you essentially are starting a business, so you will need to expect that the first 1-2 years you will have to re-invest most of your profits back into the "company" to get to the point where you have enough market recognition and existing clients to get a more steady stream of business. I also want to say that at the bare minimum, you should expect to have to come up with about $5k just to get started (business cards, signs, training, licenses, clothing, website, etc.). Hope you are a real people person, have a good network established (this takes time in of itself) and are ready to work really hard for the first couple years to build a name and reputation for yourself. If not, I'd consider looking elsewhere. It's not all roses. I work with a number of real estate pros in my consulting practice, so I can tell you from their frustrations.

If you are talking about being an agent of an estate, that is a bit different. If there is enough administrative aspects to the estate and you are in charge of enough money, then someone can pay you a decent salary to handle it for them. If you like administration, it could be an interesting career. Good luck.
I think it's very good if person dispose himself, for it needs you to build Strong data, so you have to follow any declare, chance or report
You'd make a killing if you did it in Ireland, and had an office in Spain, Turkey and Croatia.
