Does anyone know who I can contact about fraud in usa from uk?
I got an e-mail stating that Belfone wanted independent agents in usa, so before I looked up the info I sent them my name and address.Today they contacted me and stated they were sending a check to me on thursday. I looked them up and found out it could be a scam and I want to help bring them to justice.Who do I talk to?

If you still have the original email and any other correspondence you have received from this organisation, as another contributor suggested take the whole lot to your local Police Station. They, I think will pass this on the the serious Frad Squad for investigation.
Contact the Better Business Bureau.
you are right to bring this to notice, go to any police station
and ask to speak to a fraud squad officer. they will help you
ok one the ad stated it wanted ads in the US, obviously you are not, so you are at fault not them, return the check, you got it fradulantly, even if you didn't read all the info first. then if you are still concerned contact the better business bureau.
Do you have any info on them like an address or a phone number? Or just an email address? Turn them in to the Better Business Bureau in the US. If there's been fraud internationally, contact www.fraudwatchers.org. They'll help you out.
