Yes it does, from 1st October it will increase from £5.05 to £5.35 an hour if you are 22 or over. 18-21 year old's will rise from £4.25 to £4.45 and 16-17 year old's from £3.00 to £3.30 an hour.
Not at the Federal level. It is in Michigan Oct 1 to 6.85 (6.95?)

Y'all in the States have really low minimum wage. Here in Canada it's $7.60 an hour and next April, it will increase to $8.00.
I tried asking my mate Wyclef as he knows about these things but unfortunately he'll be gone til November.
