Saturday job?
im 14 and i am trying to search a job. for saturdays.
i need one near me so where or how to search for one.
Answers:
just a few jobs either i or my friends did at your age, paper round fairly obvious one. deliv leaflets, cake shop, fruit shop, fish&chip shop and cleaning. not a good idea to put an ad in paper as there are to many weirdos about. just go and ask in the local shops, some will take your name and no. and contact you when someone quits.
Put an ad in your local newspaper
McDonald's or some kind of rinky dink restaurant where people are always quitting. managers are desperate for people both young and old.
these days it is very difficult for employers to employ staff under the age of 16 easiest way to get work is a paper round
ask around at your local shops to see if they need help at the weekend
you need to think first about what you can do and what you'd like to do. then go into or telphone the place and ask who you should speak to about a saturday job. it's really upto you to approach places and offer your work for hire!
I think you're a bit too young still but a shop would be the best bet, working on the till or something, I did when I was 16

1. You need to be 16.
2. They're crap. They ruin your social life.
3. Find one by going into places with vacancy signs and asking for a form.
ask around shops
My kids go out with a bucket and sponge to wash cars, they charge £5 for large cars and £3 for small ones. They do one day of it each weekend and they make on average £40/50 on a Saturday our Sunday.
