Lloyds tsb?

i was paid by cheque last week and today its been returned.do i get charged for it being returned?

Answers:
No Lloyds tsb will not charge you for the cheque bouncing but if you have gone overdrawn because of it without an agreed facility you will pay charges
Not for thr return of the cheque but if you've been allowed to draw funds against it you will now be liable for any charges on those transactions if they make you overdrawn etc.
if you are you can sue for that, plus time invested, etc.free call to a lawyer.
No, the other person does. You will only get charged if this causes you to get overdrawn. However in that case, you can fight the charge if you contact the bank. If they don't agree, use this process suggested by Which?
