Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates don't have income tax but if you are European, you might have to pay tax on earnings overseas. Check out any web site offering jobs to ex-pats (people who work abroad). The alternative is to pay tax abroad and then reclaim it when you leave.
I know this is not helpful but at least you might get started teaching English abroad, say, in China or Japan.
