Ltd co to go to aim?
I have received shares in ltd co supposed to be listing on Aim.
Can I sell these shares to a sophiscated investor or to a friend to sell for me who isn't a regulated broker?(Can anyone sell these shares)I do not wish to use a fsa broker can I use anyone what are the rules
Answers:
Firstly if the company you have "shares" in is a Ltd. Company then I'm afraid their shares aren't listed anywhere.
If they are shares in a Public Limited Company, (a PLC) then you may have more luck, you can check the AIM listings by looking on the web.
But I'm afraid you must use a broker to sell the shares and if you don't then the transaction would not be recorded and you could be liable to be prosecuted. Is a school considered to be a business?
