What is the best ETF to invest in presently?

the ishares FTSE/Xinhua china 25 fxi looks good!

Answers:
Not worth it, unless you have "play money" to blow. Index funds are better in the sense they have less risk, but what you need is a managed account.
There is probally no "best" EFT. You need to weigh a lot of factors.

1. Fees
2. Investment risk
3. Your tolerance for risk
4. In the case of foriegn funds the Monetary risk of the fluctions of the currencies.
Of course those factors that were addressed are very important issues to weigh before putting money in an ETF or even better.index funds.
I'd look to the companies that are large, long history, and low cost. Such as Vanguard funds and Fidelity. These two are dependable and cheap to keep (very low cost).
difficult to forecast
