Where can i buy a permanent address book which can take about 10,000 addresses and more if 1 want to add?
I am fed up of changing and adding addresses in my address books. I need one which takes lots of addresses. where can i buy one address book which goes on for ever?

I would suggest either a hard copy Filofax, which is a looseleaf ring binder or an electronic contact management system.
My wife uses her filofax exclusively as an address book. She tippexes and inserts new pages when needed. However, if these are important addresses, how do you keep a back up copy? Some people regularly photocopy their address books. This is easier than you think with loose leaf A4 books, which are available. You just feed the sheets into the hopper and press copy!
I would however advocate using an electronic system, which can be on a PC or portable device. I guess that a lot depends on what you do with the addresses.
If you post to them regularly, then a PC will print off labels or even standard letters in a "mailmerge" programme. You can specify mailing lists which people belong to for different mailings. All of this is now very old technology and you should be able to get good basic programmes cheaply. MS access is a common database which has some programmable qualities. Basically, every man and his dog wants the same rudimentary functionality from the data stored.
About 12 years ago I started to use Act! by Symantec as a sales contact tool. It was so basic by today's standards, but I loved it. I could even do one-click dialling to call someone from within the programme, which then noted the date and time of my attempted call.
