What are the three main costs of quality faced by all organisations?

Answers:
The cost of training ourselves.
The cost of maintaining systems we devised ourselves.(yeh)

And all this so we can prove we are a quality company. The biggest cost has got to be our pride.
Tax, VAT and Tax apart from that evreything else is cheap..
Materials, manpower and overheads
Labor, maintainence, and materials.
Just a guess - staff training, decent wages, R&D. Although many businsses appear to see these as costs only and forget the returns they will bring.
Quality is one of the most important parts of Reputation.

Nothing sells like reputation.

If you are renowned for selling poor quality parts you can not make any money as that market is full covered with cheap asian guff.

The cost of quality is hiring the appropriate person to design the goods. Do not underestimate this.

The second is the inspection and quality assurance of the product.

Third is making sure that the product reaches the market in saleable condition.
Quality, Materials an Testing are the costs of QUALITY. People above me are just talking about average costs
