Whats the worst job you have ever had ?

Answers:
Wow, where to start? I am in the construction business. I am changing jobs alot. Sometimes I do electrical work, sometimes I do carpentry. some commercial, some residencial. Well, as an example of one of many very bad jobs Ive been on, once I was called in to work in a home in Randallstown, Maryland. It was probably 50-60 years old. Had nasty odors coming through the door. The upstairs didnt actually look all that bad. I was told upon entering that a pervious, unlicensed electrician did some of the work and then dissapeared. I walked down the basement stairs into a nightmare. The stench was unbearable. There was mold and trash and drug needles. the windows were broken out, there was broken bottles all over. and to top it off, I had to spend 3 days in this hell hole, figuring out the unbelievable mess of a wiring job this previous guy did. I had stuff blowing up in my face. and none of it made too much sense. I hate these jobs. but somehow I am always the one stuck fixing them.
To name a few more, I had to crawl into the ceiling space between two businesses in a mall, where a new store was being built on top of an existing one. We could only work at night when the store was closed. The space was about 2 feet in height at the largest areas. It was cluttered with beams and duct work and pipes. and the ceiling was drywall supported by flimsy metal grid. I had to army crawl under and over the pipes and ducts ontop of 2x6 boards layed across these weak metal grids. Someone else did fall through and had to be rushed to the hospital with a broken collar and arm. I survived, somehow. We had to install heavy 4" pipes for soda lines in two locations about 60 feet long each. Oh and the beams were coated with fire-proofing insulation. This stuff is worse than the loose fiberglass they sprayed in attics 20 years ago. It clings to everything and caused my arms and face to break out terribly. Oh and did I mention that it was about 115 degrees in there? And aparently no one else was brave enough to do this work, because my help didnt show up from day one of this portion of the project. I had to do it ALONE> making it take forever. Want more, I got hundreds of stories, like a basement flooded with the guts of a busted septic line. I wont get into that one.
