Is it in your contract that she can demand overtime from you. If not she hasn't got a leg to stand on. You don't have to give her an excuse your not a child and if you don't want to work overtime then you don't have to.
Tell her you have herpes and you left the cream at home, explain that if you cant apply the cream then you risk taking more time off sick.

Get one of your friend to phone you up while she's in the office, pretend to be shocked over something then say you'll be right home after work. If she asks say it's your old aunt who lives down the road and she's taken a tumble and needs collecting from hospital. Never fails! :)
