No system can guarantee you'll win. My favorite lottery system (it's totally free) is here:
http://www.use4.com/lotto.html
dont take a chance i think it's a scam
Not sure about this one. But a few years ago I used one called Bananalotto, and I won 50p which came as a cheque in the post.
Not sure if its still around tho.
Like most of the lotteries and get rich quick sites it's not a scam but a way to get money from you. Also a way to put adware on your pc..stay away from them. Good Luck
If you are in the USA, it is illegal to to place any sort of wager over any telecommunications lines, even the internet. All your funds related to it could be confiscated by the government.
e-lottery is a scam, do not try to get rich in a quick period.
I have come across other sites that pretend to operate this lottery. Free-lotto is one of such. I tried and was told I won 2 million bucks but you can not claim them unless you give them your credit card number, perhaps to download the cash available to you and never to get paid your winnings if any.
I've never heard of it but you can contact trading standards if you're unsure. Definitely, don't use until you're certain they are genuine.
Scam. If you're looking for a legit way to make money online you should check out http://emoney.ztweb.biz/

has to be a scam, stay away!
Two reasons why it is definitely a scam.
First, the UK National Lottery's own rules make it only legal/valid to residents of the United Kingdom or of the Isle of Man. Virtual World Direct claims to be valid worldwide, which would violate the rules of the lottery they use as advertising bait.
Second, most countries (including the United States and Australia) make participation in a foreign lottery a crime for their citizens.
A third concern is the pyramid-like payment/referral structure this site uses. Anything whose finances exhibit something pyramid-shaped should be viewed warily at best, and fled from like the plague in many cases.
If you got info about e-lottery via e-mail, be suspicious. If you have still got the details of such an e-mail visit DATA WALES on the Internet via GOOOOGLE. DataWales have lots of info on all the latest scams. The best way to play on line lotteries is to use one which you know and can trust. In USA that means your own state lottery, in UK the National Lottery [Lotto]. Whatever, hope you win big time. GOOD LUCK.
Ok before i go any further i am a member of VWD and the question is it a scam? Well i play for free so cost me nothing to å play and since joining i have over 22 wins only small wins but a win is a win, and as we are a syndicate you have share it out. But just like you guys i got a bit fed in hearing everyone saying its a scam, spam, pyramid scheme etc etc. So i wrote of to the to the Lottery Council which VWD is a member of and this is the answer i got back quote:
Yes, VWD are a legitimate company and are members of the Lotteries Council. You can find them listed on our website -

As you can see you can check for yourselves as the web site is there aswell look down the list and you will find E-Lottery.
And you also like to know that the Lottery Council work along side the Gamming Commision. So if VWD was illigal then they would not be in business today unless they where running a Pyramid Scheme. For those who would like to join by all means do so, you can do as a player or as an affiliate( Which means working a bit to make a Residaul Income ) As for which countries allow people to be members i am not sure but no matter where ever you live you can check it out for yourselves. Oh by the way you will have to pay taxes on what ever you earn check with your tax office. My web site for those of you interested in making a nice residual income is as follows:
http://www.v-w-d.com/mylottoteam.
If you would like i can tell we have members who earn a nice annual income up in the 4-5 figures.

Sorry it a bit long :-)) I had to go in and check DATA WALES and its full of info about scams e-lotteries who promise you millions. It does not help genuine business like V-W-D when somebody misuses there brand name. Go take a look.
e-lottery is a genuine website and company, but I got extremely small returns for my outlay, my syndicate didnt seem particulary "lucky". I have found a new lottery syndicate now which is much better and I have won £186.60 winnings in just three weeks, not only that, the recommend a friend scheme is so much better because you get a percentage of everything people spend, not just the £5 on which people subscribe every month, I have recieved £37.49 in just three weeks for doing that. So ive MORE than covered the cost of playing, and made a bit of a profit from using the website too! On You Play We Play, I get a lot more commission on the affiliate scheme than i did on e-lottery. The commision rates might be set a little lower on You Play, but because you earn off every play, the quantities equate to a far greater figure.
• It has a separate Lotto syndicate, Thunderball syndicate and EuroMillions syndicate.
• There are no subscription charges. Registration is free which means you don't have to pay monthly, you pay to play. Just like visiting a shop to buy a ticket, you buy a syndicate entry.
• With e-lottery you cannot choose your own numbers. You would be furious if your regular numbers came up and you had been forced to play with generated numbers! You Play We Play lets you have lucky dips, or your own numbers, just like the lottery on the highstreet.
• They pay your winnings and any commission from recommending friends directly into your bank account.
• You Play We Play is run by people like you and I who participate in the syndicate themselves, it isnt run as a business and barely covers costs.
Id recommend it to anyone.
My major gripe about e-lottery, which cant really be denied, is how commercial it has got. In the early days it concentrated on being a syndicate, but now they have expanded into reverse auctions in their ebidder and such like and detracted from the main principle, the syndicate aspect. I felt really let down having been a loyal customer for so many years.
Hope that helps.
