It varies greatly from firm to firm. from £15.00 per week, ( the most I ever got) to £100.00 a year. ( and lets not forget the tax and national insurance cut out of that)
I used to be a first aid trainer and many particularly shop workers in supermarkets got nothing.
with my present firm its £27 per week last firm it was £200 per year

Nope, you do not have to do the course. what you do is hold a training event every month with all the fit people in your office and practise mouth to mouth on them. tell them it is mandatory and you have to use tongues.
