How can i obtain/get mastercard or visa card since my country(Nigeria) is not listed in the list of countries?

I work in a Bank and as Nigeria has a high Fraud and Money Luandering background, we are advised not to deal/open accounts/offer any services to Nigerian passport holders in most cases.

You only have to google Nigeria - Bank to see what I mean. They are experts in identity fraud, email phishing, lottery scams etc etc

Nigeria has such a bad name for its self, you are going to find it extremely hard to find anyone prepared to offer you a Mastercard/Visa.
Send emails out by the million, telling people you have $22,000,000 for them to collect, and to let you have their bank a/c details, like every body seems to be doing in Nigeria. Is there any one doing any thing else there?
