If you've beat a field of 40 in an interview and made it to the last 5 how do you get the job from there?
Answers:
Just go in and be yourself. If you want the job. If you are truly being yourself and you do not get the position, maybe it was not right for you. Sometimes the interviewer knows more than you do about the job. You can't take it personally. I have interviewed may people. They were great, but sometimes you give the job to someone else because they are capable and not so competitive. You see the real good ones don't stay long and they are on to bigger and better places. The people that I was doing the interviewing for wanted some one who would not be leaving and going on to bigger things. They are not always able to give you all the background they know about the job. So, if you don't get this one, maybe it is because there is a better position waiting for you and the interviewer knows it. Always, Always, be yourself and you will come out ahead. Never feed the interviewer what you think they want to hear. Good Luck!
Whatever got you there, they like.
Now it is a question of personality compatibility. Just keep doing whatever it is you were doing.
Keep up the good work. Listen carefully to what they want. Figure out who the decision makers are. Do not drop your guard at any time in the process. Keep building rapport.
Just be you and how you was before int he interview it worked befoe they obviously like you, good luck
keep doing the same thing you have been doing good luck let us know if you got the job.
My husband beat 109 applicants for his position, and he was not the most qualified. On the day he went in for the interview he wore a suit. He was so excited he ended up showing up a week and ten minuets early. He played it cool when they tolled him, and made a small joke of it. He ended up getting a tour, and met all of the staff before anyone else did. He has been there three years now.
beat the other four
