I bought software on a non ebay site ..?
.using paypal .I can't register it because my email is too long for the activation box ,so it won't work.This cost me £24.Can i get a full refund if so how?

Get a new e-mail address. And then pitch a hissy-fit with the software publisher for such an idiotic error in registration! Frankly, this doesn't bode well for the quality of the software.
The basic rule on refunds is that you can't return opened software. But contact the seller anyway, if they've had lots of complaints about it, they may be willing to refund your money. But don't bet on it.
