If you get the sack from work can you sign on at the job centre and claim jsa?
due to a run of bad luck i have failed to keep up with production requirements at my company, they now want to dismiss me,

yes you can get jsa straight away as soon as they finish you get up job center
If you were sacked, I think you have to wait about 6 weeks to sign on. If you were made redundant, then you can sign on straight away. Contact your local DSS office for more info. GOOD LUCK!
yes, but make sure you apply for income based, not contributions based.
It depends how they dismiss you, if it is through redundancy or pay off then you will be able to claim JSA.
If you are dismissed you can be disqualified from claiming for up to 26 weeks, but obviously they would have to take into consideration that you have family.
I hope all goes well with you.
You can claim it but dont rely on getting it.
Yes you can. If you'd quit your job it would be a different matter, I think you'd have to wait about 6 weeks. But if they sack you then you can claim right away.
