Try Government auctions of confiscated property.
Sometimes the Police hold their own auctions of unclaimed and confiscated property, always a good source, I picked up a good quality Housekeeper, listed as 'Illegal Immigrant, quality unknown'. I've also got some large plastic bags listed as 'Bags, unknown contents,powder, 1kg'.
At the next auction at the Gatwick Airport Police station who knows what I might pick up.
