yes Lakshmi Mittal has worked very hard in his life to obtain his fortune. He did very well the man is a genius in the business world.
Very likely. And there are plenty more Indian multi-millionaires of which we have never heard waiting in the wings. The domination of the world and of business by the USA is coming to an end. The future - politically and economically - will be in the hands of Asians.

with due credit to L.N.Mittal for his success, one must keep in mind that ALL his success has been outside India.
If he had chosen to continue to work in india, he would not have been as successful, or probably not even half as succesful.
His success can be as much attributed to him choosing to work outside india, as to his entreuprenual spirit.
His success will be limited when he starts operating in india. and he has only now begun doing so :).
No wonder. most indians are successful outside India.
