Is there any high st banks that have current accounts for pensioners?

Answers:
It is a statutory requirement for any bank to provide a person with a current account on demand, regardless of age, income or financial status. Try the Post Office, who are likely to be more "switched on" to the grey pound than other institutions.

SAGA also provide a range of financial services geared towards mature people.

Hope that helps!
I don't know why you would need one especially for OAP's. Just use a bank that is easy to get to from where you live, that's more beneficial when you get old and less mobile..
