Well if there were an easy way to raise a lot of money, people would be doing it every day, wouldn't they.
The only ways to make that much money very quickly without a well-paying job or a loan would be to do something illegal, such as selling drugs or prostitution. I don't reccomend either.
If you have decent credit, or if you are underage and a parent has decent credit, consider putting together a proposal and going to a few banks requesting a loan. Just remember that if you get one, it is not free money and will have to be paid back, with interest. So don't just throw it away, or you will be in a nasty situation.

Contract somebody and you offer o pay 300 to this person in a week if it cleans 200 houses windows which will generate 1000-300= 700pound plus savings 477= 1177pounds
If that person that you contracted has peform a good job. contact him/her again and offer 300pounds a week for 200 windows in another area.
Now you have a total of 1177+700= 1877 in less than a month
deduct: miselaneous expenditure of 377 pounds and you have the: 1500 that you need it
Go to another area and offer to clean 200windows.

easier still is to be a route checker, all you need is a phone with free calls or loads of mins on a contract mobile and you could be laughing all the way to the bank or the shops
You will also have to shell out £3000 for the muscle to protect you from the heavies because you are poaching on somebody's window cleaning area.
