What does a medical exam entail for a job?
Answers:
normally very basic and a formality.
Blood pressure
heart rate
quick look in the throat and eyes
few questions
Away ya go
to not employ you because you had an illness would be very unethical
Blood pressure, site, hearing, water sample for Diabetes, or other problems, weight, straight forward
is a procedure to see whether you are healthy enough and to avoid any mcs. :)
This depends entirely on what job you being employd to do.
Basics would cover Height, weight, blood pressure, listen to heart and lungs, urine sample (diabetes + drug screening) Eyesight, colour perception. In depth medical history of you and both parents + brothers/ sisters etc. Lifestyle questions Smoking/ drinking/ drugs etc. Cholestreol check if needed. After that
If you were being examined prior to starting what would be a very physical job you prospective employer may want X-rays, MRI scans, plexibility checks.
If for a mentaly demanding job may want psychometric testing
If really is dependant on the job your being employed to do and the financial will behind the medical.
One person should be medically fit to do the job.It is the employers right before appointment.
