In the same way you measure other training objectives - using Kirkpatricks levels of evaluation.
Level 1 - Happy Sheets - Did the delegates enjoy the event and find it useful
Level 2- Testing on the day - Were the delegates able to demonstrate the skills they learned effectively at the time of learning
Level 3 - On the job assessment - following the training did the delegates put the learning into place and was the learning succesful in terms of meeting the required objectives from the business
Level 4 - Ongoing - Is the learning maintained in the business and is the impact sustainable?
Level 5 - ROI - good luck but here you need to assign a value to the business due to the measurable improvements in behaviours - such as reduced number of complaints, increased capacity due to improvements etc.
