Does anyone have any information on recruiting in Ireland?

I am recruiting for retail over there, and I really need some information on the market and how best to attract candidates in the retail sector.

Answers:
The Bank of Ireland job index will give you the current trends of recruitment and labour demands in the various sectors in Ireland. As for how best to attract candidates, with our employment and labour force growth being ahead of the EU average, at 4.2% Ireland has one of the lowest rates of unemployment in the EU, the answer would be to look at what others in the sector are offering and offer more.
how did you get your job?
