I have to pick up a recorded item of mail from the post office, but can I see who its from b4 I sign for it?

well you should know what it is if you have ordered something. unless its a court letter or something.. refuse/ignore it and they will only send more and charge you more..
Yes you can, ask them to show you who is the sender and you can refuse to sign for it, 90% of the time it is legal doc's
yes, but you cant touch it.. ask the chap in the post office to show you the back of the letter . there should be the senders address on it so if you dont want to take it ..just walk away..
