i dont think it should be that much maybe about £20.000 but even less if there is no possibility of it re developing for housing, we live in cambridgeshire. try go on some of the search engines. hope that helps

im not sure u will have to ask around but my auntie has horses and she pays monthly for use of the stables and grass food etc if u search it on iternet google search or something or i can find out if my auntie knows anywhere we live kettering
Think if you check upmystreet.com that will list housing transactions over the last few years to give you an idea. I have used it for house prices although not sure about land prices.
