Are you sure it's not your company's 2nd Quarter bonus for hitting numbers, sales, company goals, etc? Some companies do annual bonuses, others monthly, and still others quarterly.

Your company management sets up all the parameters that determine who gets awarded and what the bonus is based on.
If you don't know, then you don't deserve to get one!
