Should make a complaint against my manager?
I have been asked to manage a officer who was dismissed by another manager and the suspension was lifted within few days. Whilst the company carried out further investigation he was asked to seat in a different office, the investigation compeleted he has been cleared the allegation by his manager were unfounded.
He return to his old desk which is directly opposite his ex-manager. She did not like him seatting on his desk so asked me to move him saying I not having this? She fumed went to speak our senior Manager. My senior manager asked me to move him, to which I responded I have asked him but I was told if I tell him he will make complaint of harassment. Unfortunately, I have nowhere to take him, he in return made a serious allegation aganst her.
I am told to move him by the senior manager and his ex-manager, i am approached by them at least 10 times a day what do I do?

Run for the news stand outside and read the classifieds. It is time to go.
This is a touchy situation.. I would go to the head and let them work it out!
If your manager told him to move him, then move him. Why risk your job for him? If he then has a problem, let him file his suit. You've only done what you were told to do.
It is up to the senior manager to sort out his house
Have him file a complaint against the ex-manager. then it will be the company's job to find a place for hI'm, im assuming you cant switch with the ex-manager. Call L&I (labor and indestries) see what they say.
You move him.
Im afraid im a bit confused, but my first thought is, you have a senior manager, you tell him you are not happy doing what he requests. If he really wants this guy to move, he can tell him himself. If you cant do this (or it doesnt work), then *tell* the guy to move, and if he complains, then you have the defence that you were doing it under the instruction of a senior manager. Keep any emails or memos about the topic just in case. Cant help you with where to put him though..
