Need info about the army. About heir clothes.?

Hi! My uncle thinks that the British army is "giving away" their clothes. Apparently, there's been a reform. He wants to buy a large stock of a combat jacket called Ripstop, even second-hand ones (in good condition). But it seems that the army just sells her stuff to big companies, who then sell them again. I have no idea how to get info on that. please, HELP!

Answers:
It is a good business/investment proposition that your uncle has; however, too many individuals and companies are already doing it. The Ripstop is part of the new army uniform, called the ACU. The U.S. Army plans to have it replace the BDU to be the only uniform sometime in 2009.
let him go and sew new ones, but i adamant on getting old jacket , then better t omeet the Soldier , either the head of uniform section t oknow more procedure on how t ogo about it
