Receiving money from Israel to UK ?
A guy in Israel, who I happened to come across through an online forum, wants a software DVD, which I'll buy it from him on E-bay (since the seller don't sell to Israel) wants me to send money from Israel to UK.
He couldn't do so over the Paypal, perhaps cos Paypal don't deal with Israel or whatever. The guy says he could pay me by Western Union, however, I've heard that it's unreliable & Western Union is untrustworthy.
How exactly this Western Union works ? Should I trust this company ? Would I receive my money safely (it's only £10) ? Isn't there any other option that allows this guy in Israel to pay me in UK ? How about the money order ? What are the other methods for him to pay me this tiny sum of £10 ?

I do Western Union transfer every week for a company, it's very reliable and secure, the sender will give you Money Control Transfer Number, MTCN, take it to the nearest WU to get your money with proper ID.
Western union is safe. i use it all the time in thailand. but it will cost more the £10 to send £10.
