Can I still send money from my paypal acount after the credit card I added has expired and its balance 's 0

I opened a pay pal account of recent. In this account I have about $60. I have not yet added a Credit card. If I should add a $30 credit card, can I send $55 from this pay pal account after the credit card has expired?

No. You need to add your valid card there.
You really need to add a credit card or bank account to your paypal. I have bank accounts linked to mine and have had no problems with anyone trying to get into it
any money that is in your paypal account(recieved $) can be spent wether or not you have a valid credit card or not. You can get that money out of your account by going to withdrawl funds and you can have them send you a check. OR you can add a new credit card.
