You don't mention where in Spain you are going, have you got any experience, A little Spanish helps but not absolutely necessary in the tourist areas lots of British owned bars, try going around each one and ask, probably your best shot but you can also check out websites for the area your going some of them have links for jobs but they go quite quick, difficult to sell yourself when your in the UK better face to face

this is an english paper published weekly there. most bar/club owners use this to advertise for staff, also a good source of accomodation. been there . done it, have fun
