What would an employer demand from sponsoring a prospective student on a course to a University?

Answers:
If they are paying your fee they will probably want an undertaking that you will continue to work with them for a certain number of years after you graduate, usually a minimum of two.
A good grade at the end of a course. Also a written or oral presentation of what was learned during the course, not to say what the employer paid for. During the presentation it would be great to tie back what you have learned with how it will help you do your job better.
Employers will normally demand that the prospective student return to work at the company for a period of time. they see sponsoring the student as an investment which the look forward to receiving returns.
