Looking for home work.. stuffing envelopes etc in UK?

Do you know of anyone who could give me this work to do? if so can i have there website name etc

Answers:
Be very careful with this one - many people will offer this sort of work, and ask for a deposit from you to cover envelopes etc - if so, do not touch them with a sterilised bargepole. They will likely disappear with your money - and you will never enven see the envelopes!
A genuine employer will check you out, deliver you the stuff (envelopes, boxes or whatever plus the goods to go in, collect the finished packages and pay you - usually on the spot, in cash - accept nothing less!
I used to use homeworkers for jobs like this when in management of a print and mailing house. You could try looking up companies like this in your area - search under "direct mail" or "mailing companies" and approach them directly. If you are presentable, appear keen and honest, you should not fail.

I see that there are a few very dodgy looking replies further down the page - they may be ok, but wait until after the next pig aerobatics before you answer any of them! There is also the usual unsympathetic one - you may have childcare or disabled person to take care of, so cannot do a "normal" job. Good luck anyway
Let me know it too! I could do with something like that!
Please, do not tell me you believe in that scam. If you need to stay at home, consider a niche area. If you like kids you may want to consider establishing a day care in your home. In the computer services area, you may want to check for telemarketing opportunities (if you do not mind someone hanging up the phone in your face). Frankly, the opportunities are quite limited unless you have a job already that will offer telecommunting opportunities.

Good luck.
If you'd seen the Esther Rantzen prog last night on BBC1 "Old dogs, New tricks" you REALLY wouldn't be asking that question. Fraudsters and tricksters didn't come into it.. much !!!
I dont have an envelope opportunity, but send me an email if you are serious about home working.
I haven't got a clue where you can get this information but whatever you do, pay nothing upfront - if you have to, it's most likely a scam!!

Hi there, in answer to your original question - be so very careful with that type of work, it is renowned for being a scam and very often you work very hard getting the jobs done - but once it is you never get paid.

I own www.fuelpay.co.uk and would employ you with full work from home work at guaranteed vast profits - we own a product on which we have the monopoly and urgently need distributors, which is all inclusive of your own stock and website through which to sell the product.

To see more of our product please go to www.fuelpay.co.uk - you need to enter your details but I am the only one who sees them and I guarantee no spam etc.

It would be lovely to work with you and I will personally give you very much support and full expertise and acumen from my own business.

Best wishes,

Merril, owner, FuelPay
There are next to no jobs of Homeworking and the likes. There are several reasons for this.

Think about it as if you were a company. Would you send your expensive to an address that you had no confirmation of existing unless you have time to go there, and you still have no confirmation that they live there or will be there indefinetly, for the prospect that they might perform your task, on time and not just bin it all and split, or bin it all and get more, or take too long, or any other ideas.

Take envelope stuffing:
Leaflets to print cost maybe hundreds or Thousands of pounds, envelopes cost more money, labels more money. All this money that a company would be risking sending to someones house.

Then there is the issue that the private details of the clients of the company is going off a company premises, which as well as being risky is in potential violation of the Data protection act UK 1998 (Private data must be carefully protected by the company, if it is off premises, they loose some of the control of it).

Lets do Data Entry:
Your a reputable company with a global customer base. Would you send your valuable customer Information to a random house for a stranger to look after. and Proccess it in some way.

Doing that would contravene the Data Protection act 1998 (The data is outwith their control, so could be seen as breaching the Act) and you would have to possibly pay to insure house as a place of Business.

Telesales:
Some Random company offers you a job where you phone a database of numbers trying to offer the products of that company to the General public. Trouble is, when you go to claim your phone expenses, the company has Ceased to be.

These all seem legite on the face, or like good Business ideas, but there are flaws or other reasons that it can’t be possible.

Why not just go and get a job like most normal people, or change your living habits to live within your salary.

Would love to share what I do from home. I am giving you my web site http://fhhc.stayinhomeandlovinit.com. , how ever it is a bit vague. I have a couple of options of how I can deliver the information one is on the phone and the other would be thru skype and a slide presentation. I am not able to send a simple email because it is important to hear all the information in it entirety.

If you are interested in setting up a time to talk please just email me. You can stop by my blog and it may give you a bit of info about me as a person rather than a computer on the other end .http://fhhc.blogspot.com
Your being very honest when you say you want to "work" from home..most people just want the "money" and definatly NOT the work !!

(check out the millions of people who will have their fingers crossed tomorrow night as they clutch their lottery tickets!)

Solve a problem. thats the easiest way to make money. I do just that, from home.

is it for you.. well only one way to find out.
Try this Site http://www.automaticmoneysecrets.com.
I start to make money one week after I bought automaticmoneysecrets..
These type programs are scams. Don't waste your money on them. Companies don't need individuals to stuff envelopes when machinery can do the job.

For a great home business, try this instead:

I know of various printing companies that use homeworkers for print finishing - this would not merely consist of envelope stuffing though. Could be worth a few phone calls?
